What is HUB33?

Opened in April 2025, HUB33 is a collaborative space in southern King and Queen County that brings together workforce development, small business resources, high-speed internet access, and healthcare services in a single, convenient location. With dedicated workstations, technology access, and professional meeting spaces, HUB33 is the perfect place to work, learn, and connect—without having to leave your community.

Services at HUB33

HUB33 is open to the public and offers a wide range of amenities to meet the needs of individuals, entrepreneurs, community groups, families and more on the Middle Peninsula:

  • Free high-speed internet access
  • Computer terminals 
  • Copy, print, scan and fax services 
  • AV-equipped meeting spaces
  • Notary services 
  • Resources for small business owners and startups 
  • Access to local government consultants through Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission 
  • Convenient commuter Park and Ride lot 

HUB33 also offers limited healthcare services provided by Sentara:

  • On-site physical therapy
  • Virtual cardiology care

Memberships


HUB33 memberships are available for a fee, allowing you to reserve the workspace or meeting space of your choice on a variety of flexible terms and rates.

All memberships include:

  • High-speed internet access
  • Use of open collaboration spaces on a first come, first served basis       
  • Copying, printing and faxing (normal fees apply)
  • Document scanning (no charge)
  • Access to kitchen facilities (bring your own food)

HUB33 is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After-hours access is also available via membership.

    MidPenRideShare is a free service operated by the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission for residents, workers, commuters, and tourists in Virginia’s Middle peninsula (Counties of Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King William, Mathews, and Middlesex and the towns of Tappahannock, Urbanna, and West Point).
    The Commission has partnered with the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) and their Virginia-wide ConnectingVA program to provide free ridematching to find carpools, vanpools, and all forms of public transportation, trip planning, and information on park-and-ride lots, bike share services, electric vehicle charging stations, and rewards.
