ConnectingVa Ride Home Rewards

At some time or another you may have encountered an unexpected emergency while at work – a family emergency, a sick child at school, sick elder parent or you yourself face an illness at work.  Or you thought you would leave the office to go home at your regular time only to have your boss say you need to stay late to finish an important assignment.

If these unexpected life events kept you from commuting to work in a carpool, vanpool or the bus, you no longer need to worry about getting stranded at work.

The ConnectingVA Ride Home Rewards program lets you use commuting options like carpool, vanpool and transit with peace of mind and confidence.

If you are a full or part-time employee and carpool, vanpool or ride transit to commute to work then this program is for you!!

ConnectingVAs Ride Home Rewards will get you home or to your car at a park-and-ride lot when something unexpected happens that causes you to be unable to catch your carpool, vanpool or bus ride home.

When you unexpectedly have to leave work early to pick up your sick child at school, or because you feel ill, or you need to get home to take care of a family emergency, or your boss unexpectedly tells you that you must work later than normal, or some other qualifying unexpected occurrence happens, use Ride Home Rewards to get home or to your car.

Eligible commuters may use the ConnectingVA Ride Home Rewards program up to six (6) times annually from their ConnectingVA account activation date, with a maximum of two (2) trips in any month. Commuters must meet the eligibility criteria and agree to adhere to the requirements and operations of the program.

If you haven’t established a ConnectingVA account, then download the app now or go to the ConnectingVA login page to join and set up your account so you can get rewarded.
